Integrated Systems

Where a standalone machine isn't the right fit, a compact integrated cell combines several end-of-line stages -- case erecting, product packing, and palletizing -- into one coordinated system with a shared control and safety architecture.

Cobot-Based Integrated Erect-Pack-Palletize Line

Two collaborative robots erect, pack, and palletize in one coordinated compact cell.

Select When — A compact cell needs to replace three separate machines

Core Function

Erect the case, pack a product matrix into it, and palletize the finished case -- all within one connected cell.

Key Features

  • Two cobots divide the work: one erects and packs, the other builds the pallet
  • Recipe-based changeover across matrix formats such as 3x4, 4x5, or 5x6
  • Zoned vacuum, mechanical, or hybrid gripper options by product type
  • Collaborative operation reduces guarding and floor-space requirements

Operating Principle Cobot 1 picks a carton blank, forms and bottom-seals the case, picks the aligned product matrix, and loads it into the open case; a controlled handoff passes the closed case to Cobot 2, which detects it, calculates the target position, and places it layer by layer onto the pallet.
Applications FMCG and food secondary packaging • multi-SKU lines needing compact footprint • sites consolidating erecting, packing, and palletizing into one cell

Why This System

  • ✓Replaces three separate machines -- erector, case packer, and palletizer -- with one connected cell
  • ✓Software-led recipe changeover covers pickup position, matrix layout, pallet pattern, and layer height
  • ✓Collaborative robots reduce guarding needs and let the cell sit closer to other line operations
  • ✓Scalable platform: add checkweighing, vision inspection, or stretch-wrap discharge as the line grows
